Cancellation Policy

All clients must put a deposit down for any Chemical service/hair cutting services. Existing clients & New clients, this will be deducted at the time of booking the hair service & will be taken off from the total at check out the day of hair appointment. I charge 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.
